Job Description:

Scope of the role: The Junior Brand Manager`s role in the Marketing department will take care about topics related to product portfolio, product positioning, price calculation, marketing support and campaigns, communication with suppliers and own branches.


  • Ensure support in implementing the digital strategy (Social Media pages/ YouTube Channel/ Website updates) in collaboration with the agency

  • Manage small brand related projects from adaptation to final delivery of communication materials to Trade Marketing together with the Senior Brand Manager. Develop post campaign evaluation.

  • Operational tasks: cost tracking based on received invoices in order to keep the expenses in the budget

  • Running different reports specific to marketing activities

  • BTL Activations such as consumer samplings – participate in Agency briefing and monitor the execution

  • Ensure support in Packaging Updates (Redesigns) together with direct superior and Design Agency; translations from English to Bulgarian is needed.

  • Nielsen data extraction and reporting



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in brand management /marketing in a junior or trainee role.

  • Data Analytics Skills; Nielsen knowledge is a plus

  • Digital understanding
