As part of our business expansion, we are looking for a responsible and motivated candidate to join our team in the position of:
Key Account Development Specialist (Merchandiser)

This role is suitable for candidates who already have experience as a merchandiser and would like to further develop in the direction of sales and client management.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales development and product visibility by applying company standards in the assigned region.

  • Visits stores in the assigned area, following the set frequency and duration of visits.

  • Knows and applies company requirements and standards for shelf arrangement and product positioning, as well as for secondary placements.

  • Monitors clients’ compliance with agreements regarding assortment and shelf space.

  • Monitors execution in outlets serviced by external employees.

  • Responsible for product replenishment, building additional points of sale, and tracking the implementation of contractual activities in outlets not serviced by external employees.

  • Prepares and submits reports related to job duties.

  • Uses entrusted company property responsibly and carries full material responsibility for assigned assets.

Candidate requirements:

  • Completed secondary education.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG trade.

  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.

  • Strong sales and communication skills.

  • Drive to achieve high results in a dynamic work environment.

  • Driving license – category B.
