As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a responsible and motivated candidate for the position of:

Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Have excellent knowledge of the company’s full product portfolio, as well as its established standards and operational principles;

• Visit retail outlets within the assigned area, following the approved route and visit schedule;

• Present to customers the benefits of working with Intersnack Bulgaria and provide information about our brands, prices, special offers, promotions, etc.;

• Prepare orders together with customers based on their needs and aligned with set sales targets;

• Monitor product availability at retail locations and ensure optimal stock levels in line with company procedures;

• Identify potential new clients and build long-term relationships;

• Provide daily reporting at the end of each workday;

• Prepare and submit all required reports and documentation in a timely manner;

• Coordinate with direct managers to propose and implement actions aimed at improving sales performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Completed secondary education;

• Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector;

• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage;

• Strong sales and communication skills;

• Goal-oriented and driven to achieve high results in a dynamic environment;

• Valid driving license – Category B.
