We need a Junior Controller (Financial Analyst)


Why? The Junior Controller ensures monitoring, analysis and support in the reporting of expenses and revenues by cost centers and categories, in close connection with the budget execution and in accordance with Internal and Group Policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and verification of various activity internal reports/specific analyzes at the category/subcategory level of products, cost center, department (analyses vs budget, forecast or the previous period);
  • Support in the preparation of templates and  various analyzes required during the planning and reporting period;
  • Provides support in terms of extracting, processing and analyzing certain reports that need to be drawn up by the Sr. Controller or Manager;
  • Intercompany reconciliation: verification of income and expenses for "Sales to intercompany";
  • Analyzes the possibility of automtion for certain reports and collaborates with the competent departments in order to improve and implement new solutions;
  • Mapping the accounting base - P&L lines - on internal reporting lines;
  • Prepares weekly reporting on net sales;
  • Verification/reconciliation of various P&L lines;
  • Cost calculation, reboxing, labeling, wrapping etc. on P&L lines;

 

What qualifies you for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in economic studies
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial analyst/ Jr. controller position.
  • Computer skills (MS Office: Excel, intermediate to advanced level)
  • Oriented towards automation
  • Communication and relational skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude, responsibility.
