Are you passionate about finance and eager to take on new challenges and changes? Would you like to participate in implementing an international project within the CEE region?

We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our team as a Finance Key User. You will help us set up and optimise our financial processes, while participating in knowledge transfer within international cooperation.

Important note:

During the Project One phase, the role may require occasional travel to Prague, Czech Republic. The remaining time will be spent at the Intersnack Bulgaria office in Sofia. Once Project One is completed, the position will be fully based at the Intersnack Bulgaria office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project team on implementing the new ERP system in Bulgaria with a focus on financial processes and their local specifics.

  • Contribute to the configuration of selected financial areas, such as accounting (GL), taxes, receivables, payables, assets and travel reimbursements, depending on the project's specific scope.

  • Map the differences between the current status and the target status, and contribute to the design of effective solutions.

  • Comment on process designs, participate in testing (UAT) and end-user training.

  • Provide support during the system go-live period.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A university degree in Economics (preferably).

  • Practical experience in finance, preferably in an FMCG environment.

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP or Oracle) would be an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.

  • Independence, a proactive approach, and the ability to work as part of a team.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and proficiency in MS Office.

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.

  • Willingness to travel to Czech (Prague).
