We are looking for a Field Key Account Manager MT (FKAM MT) who will play a vital role in driving the success of our business within the MT channel. You will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, leading and supporting a team of Key Account Executives (KAEs), and ensuring the efficient execution of our sales and promotional strategies. This is a dynamic role offering a mix of strategic planning and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop the KAEs team to ensure flawless execution of the monthly priorities in MT stores;

  • Implement national sales, trade marketing and marketing initiatives in line with contractual agreements;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top customers at the regional level, while empowering KAEs to do the same at the store level;

  • Set, track and monitor individual and team sales goals aligned with overall regional objectives;

  • Analyze sales performance and propose strategic and tactical adjustments to enhance results and efficiency;

  • Monitor budgets, optimize routes, and ensure cost-effective operations for the KAEs team;

  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to share insights and market intelligence on competitors, pricing, promotions, and channel trends;

  • Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements to sales tools and reports;

  • Support sales forecasting and continuously strive to improve customer service levels through better promotional planning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG or the Modern Trade channel (distributors, LKA networks, IKA networks);

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team;

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities;

  • Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills;

  • Solid understanding of sales KPIs and forecasting;

  • English language knowledge (conversational level);

  • Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, email);

  • Valid driving license and flexibility to travel regionally.
