Main Functions of the Role:

As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the brand strategy for our portfolio. Your key responsibilities include:
 

  • Proposing and implementing a long-term strategy for our brands;

  • Creating short-term Activity Plans aligned with the approved long-term strategy;

  • Efficient budget planning, allocation, and financial management to ensure optimal ROI.


Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Evaluate innovation opportunities in the category, propose, initiate, and develop innovation projects for the BG market based on clear consumer insights and following internal procedures;

  • Develop and implement promotional and advertising campaigns according to the approved annual calendar;

  • Monitor the development of the categories and analyses the implementation and impact of each project according to the objectives set;

  • Propose the pricing strategy for the responsible category and monitor its implementation;

  • Ensure the development of the media strategy for the category, closely aligned with its business and communication objectives, in collaboration with the Media Agency, and propose it for validation to the Head of Marketing RO BG;

  • Coordinate the implementation of media plans for the category;

  • Responsible for the planning, execution, and maintenance of all digital channels;

  • Develop packaging design and artwork while respecting internal regulations and current legislation, closely aligned with, and approved by the Quality Assurance Manager and local authorities;

  • Monitor the activity of the main competitors in the BG market and its relevant brands (price, consumer activities, communication, portfolio strategy) and prepare periodic reports;

  • Preparation of various reports and analyses requested by superiors;

  • Close collaboration with the Junior Brand Manager and Trade Marketing Partner.

Qualifications and Skills:
 

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or Economics;

  • Proven experience in Brand management of at least 3 years in the FMCG industry;

  • Experience in an international environment will be considered a big advantage;

  • English language skills at an advanced level;

  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package (esp. Excel and PowerPoint);

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Leadership abilities;

  • Strong attention to detail and experience in data analysis and reporting;

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally for optimal brand growth.
